One Institute announces a special Pride Month performance of Paul Outlaw’s spellbinding reading, "The Place in Which I’ll Fit Will Not Exist Until I Make It."

This powerful reading, featuring writings and interviews by queer African American luminaries from the 1950s to the present day, debuted to enthusiastic acclaim at One Institute’s inaugural Circa: Queer Histories Festival in 2023. Join us for an encore performance that captures crucial snapshots of queer culture through eight decades, performed by award-winning artist Paul Outlaw.
